One client from Norway bought a sample for pizza oven KU-006B from us, and paid the freight cost to us to arrange the shipping. While, the forwarder changed the shipping line without noticing us, so the charge of the port of destination was raised 420 USD. Once we know that situation, to make sure the sample can arrive to the customer in time, we paid the extra delivery cost to the client immediately before arguing with forwarder. Client satisfied with our reaction and placed a new order to us very soon. Though no 100% high quality products in the world, BUT, here, we have a heart to assume 100% responsibility!
